After 28th June ONLY onsite registration at the event will be possible (payment by credit card only)

In order to make easier the organization of the event, all the participants are kindly asked to register online, preferably before 31 May 2016. In order to take advantage of the reduced fee, it is necessary to pay the registration fee by 15 May 2016.

Author registration:

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the IEEE-Member or Regular or Student rate in order to have the paper published in the ICTON 2016 Proceedings.
  • IEEE Member and Regular rates are valid for up to two (1 or 2) papers.
  • Student rate is valid for one (1) paper.
  • The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant. The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
  • The Accompaying Person registration fee DOES NOT include attendance to the scientific and poster sessions of the conference.

*   A copy of the IEEE membership card as a proof of IEEE membership and status must be sent by email to icton2016@fbk.eu.

The conference registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to the scientific sessions and exhibition
  • Scientific material of the symposium with conference bag
  • Social events
  • Lunches
  • Coffee breaks

 

The Accompaying Person registration fee INCLUDES:

  • Participation in all the ICTON evening social events

DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • attendance to the scientific and poster sessions of the conference
  • Lunches: a 4 lunch-ticket is available to purchase at the rate of 120 EUR (for 4 lunches)

 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by May 31st, 2016. No refunds will be provided for requests received after this date. All approved cancellations incur a 100 EUR administrative fee.
